Conventional Treatment Of Excess Storage Fat
Dieting
Treatments that focus on starvation dieting rather than scientific dieting call for too much or too little of one type of food. As a result, you usually do not get vital nutrients you need daily, such as calcium and vitamns, eventually leading to more problems than you tried to solve in the first place. Nutrition and dieting is a highly advanced science. Although many of the dieting plans being offered are put forward by those who have very little or knowledge about nutrition science as applied to the overall health of a person, there are others that are not only scientific and safe, but also highly effective.
Some Myths About Dieting
1. Low Calories : The reason you cannot lose weight by low calorie diets is that it is a scientific fact that your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then automatically adjust itself by burning fewer calories each day.
For example, if you begin eating 1,500 calories per day then your metabolism adjusts itself so that your body begins burning 1,500 calories per day .
If you suddenly reduce eating to 500 calories per day then your metabolism will again readjust itself so that your body begins to burn only 500 calories per day. This makes absolutely no difference in your weight loss gaols.
2. Low Fat: Every person in today's world is buying mostly "low fat" food as everybody is conscious of the "fat grams" inside food. However, people are getting fatter than ever despite doing this and people are not losing weight by switching to the "low fat" diets.
3. Low Carb: Low carb diets are basically cleverly disguised starvation diets. They generally require that you eat no more than 80 carb calories per day for a month which is a starvation level of carbs. After that it will take 5 months before you can eat over 400 carb calories per day. It's just another form of starving yourself to ill health rather than losing weight, which doesn't work.
